We collect the minimum information needed to run your campsite alerts. We do not sell your data. Ever.
CampSnag ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by the owner of campsnag.com. We send SMS alerts when campsites become available on recreation.gov. For questions, email us at support@campsnag.com.

We also collect standard web analytics (page views, referrers) through Cloudflare. No advertising trackers are used.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at signup, you consent to receive automated text messages from CampSnag related to campsite availability. Message frequency depends on campsite availability. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You can also text HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you cancel, we delete your phone number within 30 days and retain anonymized usage records for analytics.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@campsnag.com. We will respond within 30 days.
CampSnag is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
